Last week another shocker in the American Idol Season 7 took place,as one of the best contender of the contest Carly Smithson got eliminated. It was a Broadway Musical weeks for the 6 finalists as they sang all Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber compositions.
American Idol only selected the bottom two contestants rather than the bottom 3 that they usually do. And the other contestant that occupied the bottom 2 spot along with Carly was Syesha Mercado as usual. But sadly it was Carly who went home, too bad.
I think there's something wrong with the American Idol voters, because they keep on eliminating good performers, first it was Michael Johns whose exit in the contest left the expectators shocked, he was on of the best contestant, and now Carly, please. And even though Kristy Lee Cook is out, it still took too long before she got eliminated, and Brooke, Syesha they should be the ones who should have left because of their low grade performance. However I will give my fearless forecast for American Idol, I think it will be David Archuleta and David Cooke who will compete for the coveted title. And I think next week it will be Brooke whose going home next.
