Ang contract signing ginanap noong September 7, 2010 at sinaksihan iyon ng bagong business partner ni Willie Revillame na si Vic del Rosario ng VIVA. Kaugnay naman sa mga isyu ng demanda laban kay Willie, iginiit ng TV5 Chairman na si Manny V. Pangilinan na sinunod lamang nila ang demand ng masang Pilipino na ibalik sa telebisyon si Willie Revillame sa pamamagitan ng bagong show nito sa TV5 na may tentative title na "Willing Willie".
TV5's Official Statement:
“Fans, supporters and viewers of popular host Willie Revillame will surely have reason to rejoice because their idol will definitely return on TV as a certified talent of the newest and most aggressive broadcast network in the country, TV5. Now an official TV5 Kapatid, Willie will soon be hosting a new variety and game show entitled Willing Willie on primetime which will surely endear him more to his legions of followers all across the country and around the world. The program is managed by Wil Productions Inc. and is co-produced with TV5.”
Dahil sa kaganapang ito, nagsampa na ng P486 million counter claim damage suit ang ABS-CBN laban kay Willie Revillame. Matatandaan kasing mayroon pang kontrata si Willie Revillame sa ABS-CBN hanggang September 2011 kaya hindi ito maaaring lumipat ng ibang netwrok. Willie at Mr. Pangilinan lagot kayo! You should know na dapat irespeto ang kahit anong kontrata na pinipirmahan, matagal na kayo sa inyong mga industruyang kinabibilangan ninyo, hindi n'yo pa ba alam yun?
