The Human Torch dies in the #587 issue of Marvel Comic's Fantastic Four. Johnny Storm A.K.A Human Torch sacrificed his very life to save his niece and nephews from an army of insect creatures.

Now that the Human Torch is gone, how would life be for three members Mr. Fantastic, The Invisible Woman, and The Thing? Although the Human Torch died, there is still a big chance that he is returning. This happens often on comic books. Superman died but he returned, Captain America died in 2004 but he returned in Captain America Reborn.
