Confirmed! Party Pilipinas is About to Get Axed!

Confirmed, Party Pilipinas is taking a final bow. During the closing number today, one of it's host Ogie Alcasid announced that today is one of the two remaining episodes of Party Pilipinas, the other one will be next week. As of now, we are still clueless on what type of show would replace PP, some rumors says that it would be replaced with a reality show rather that a Sunday variety show. We are yet to hear about the future of Kapuso Network's Sunday afternoon time slot. But you have to wander what could have caused the axing of Party Pilipinas? Ratings would be the top reason but I think it was doing good against it's rival show ASAP. But pay attention to this, sources ssy that there is a backstage war between the two directors of Party Pilipinas Rico Gutierrez and Mark Reyes, and the bad blood between the two divided the casts and the production crew into two factions and triggered GMA-7's entertainment big bosses to cancel the show before everything reach to it's boiling point. Sad story for Party Pilipinas, a lot of people would loose their jobs just because their two old directors acted as little children and didn't want to settle their differences to improve their show.

Party Pilipinas Mother's Day Special.

Party Pilipinas Mother's Day Presentation. Keso Boys singing God Gave Me You, refering to their moms. I don't get the point, their moms came before them, their moms should be the one singing the song to them. Jennylyn Mercado, Glaiza De Castro, and Jolina Magdangal singing Spice Girls' Mama, Jennylyn bleeped the lyrics and Glaiza's mic was off. Too many glitches in the opening and everybody was singing off key, so awkward. There is something wrong with the audio. Her comes the overrated Elmo, when is he gonna retire? Why is Ogie Alcasid still in the show? I thought he is moving to TV5? Come mr. singer-song writer, your kumpadre Willie is already welcoming you as a kapatid, why don't you just go and bring along your fellow nostalgia artists Regine, Jaya and Janno. Christian Bautista singing Gangnam Style, I thought I heard him said "siraulo". Rachelle Ann looks absolutely hot, that's the only bright sight in this performance. Chickser in the house for an album launch! That would be the most ridiculous part of this show, before they only thought they can dance now they are also delutional that they can sing. I'm gonna throw all the bashes about this guys as soon as they come out. The Keso Boys are back jamming with Chickosci. They are singing Magasin, it's a rock song guys but it doesn't mean that you have to shout the lyrics. Due to some connection problems, we are stopping this live blog. But we have received an infrmation that GMA-7 is planning to axe Party Pilipinas. If this rumors are somehow true, is it gonna be replaced with a new show or GMA-7 is just gonna have a Sunday Movie marathon. Sounds bad, I may not be able to see my darling Rachele again.

GMA-7 Loves Chicser And Why I Hate It

The people from the Kapuso Network are so obssesed about YouTube sensations. People who found fame from YouTube like Kimpoy, Abra, and Zendi Rose were constantly appearing from GMA shows particularly in Party Pilipinas. Where on earth is Zendi Rose by the way? Never mind, going back to the topic, one of these so called YouTube stars that GMA-7 people are so obssesed with is the all male dance group called the Chicser.

The Chicser were featured in different Kapuso shows and have been performing in Party Pilipinas semi-regularly, and everytime they are in the show, they are always introduced with a bang and the audience suddenly runs berserk which I don't understand why.

I've seen a lot of all male dance group in the past and as I watch these Chicser dance, they are nothing magical and promising about them. Their dance moves are a bit below average and did anybody told them that they timing and coordination are so awful and they are completely an eye sore everytime they dance? And another thing that I notice is that there are some members who doesn't had their dance steps memorize and were constantly looking at the others to copy the steps.

And if you wanna talk about gracefulness, these guys moves so finness like a bunch of ladies with period. They are probably worried that they might ruin their hairs or their multi-colored costumes if they move. The Chicser aren't like any dance group out there who would give a "buwis-buhay" performance.

I don't wanna be rude here but I simply don't like the attention given to these guys who took a shortcut to fame, there are too many stories told about talented dancers who worked so hard joining different dance contests and auditions because dancing is their passion and ambition. But these Chicser guys are just a group of mediocres who just wants some attentions. And despite their good looks and popularity, still they won't match the moves of guys like Mark Herras, Gerald Anderson, Rayver Cruz and Gab Valenciano.

Things I hated About Magpakailanman's "Pakawalang Anghel" Episode

I was disappointed with the previous episode of "Magpakailanman" titled "Pakawalang Anghel" which was top-billed by Joyce Ching and Ehra Madrigal. It was supposed to be the most daring and challenging portrayal for Joyce but the poor story telling of the sequences made it a lackluster.
