Asia's song bird Regine Velasquez moving to ABS-CBN was the most talked about news in local showbiz scene. It was reported that Regine received an offer from the Kapamilya Network, and the contract guarantees big amount of talent fee. The issue became bigger when Regine Velazquez and her colleagues became turned emotional in last Sunday's telecast of the GMA's Sunday variety show SOP. After the show the staffs and co-hosts of the show had a closed door meeting but neither one of them gave any comments about what they have discussed. Because of that incident many speculations arise that the group was emotional because Regine is planning to accept the tempting offer of ABS.
But as of these moment GMA executive and the Songbird have had a communication with each other, maybe they were able to voice out each others demands, with that maybe we can expect that Regine will continue to be a Kapuso. After all Regine has been a Kapuso for so many years and the network took good care of her career as a host and even as an actress. She doesn't have to move to the other station to grow more cause she is already a big star. In the coming months there are upcoming projects lined for Regine, one of those is a movie with Ogie Alcasid to be produced by GMA Films and VIVA, and the rumored return of Celebrity Duets, so what more could she wished for?
