For The First Time is currently shown in theaters nationwide and worldwide and it is a certified box office hit.

For The First Time is truly the most talked about movie for the year for many reasons, one of those is the fact that For The First Time a Kapuso and a Kapamilya teamed up together in a movie. And I think that the rumored romance between it's lead stars Richard Gutierrez and KC Concepcion contributed a lot for the film's success. And both stars showed good chemistry on screen and in real life.

It was also a most talked about moviebecause of the intrigues regarding the gapforming between GMA 7 and Annabelle Rama, Richard's Mother and Manager. This is due to the alleged attempt of GMA to compete against the movie's premiere night by conducting Marian Rivera and Dindong Dantes' Birthday concert on the same playdate of the movie. According to critics, GMA did that on purpose to sabotage the films grand premiere.

But quite frankly there is nothing to argue with, since Marian and Dingdong's Birthday concert was held for one night only, while For The First Time got a lot of playdates and surely it will last for a couple of weeks in the theaters, so what's wrong with that? We'll that's Pinoy Showbiz, always filled with intrigues.
