It all started when Annabelle Rama's talent Heart Evangelista turned down GMA's latest soap which was supposed to a tandem with Dennis Trillo. Heart's camp stated that they put a thumb down on the project because of a restricrions stated in her contract for a Multivitamin endorsement, the contract resticts her for accepting mother roles where she will get pregnant. Because of this, GMA attorney Dick Perez issued a letter to Heart stating that what her camp did was a clear "Breach of Contract" and that they will take all legal actions to protect the network's interests.
This action mad Annabelle Rama angry once again and sent a letter of their own courtesy of their attorney Agnes Manaran. The letter stated that it was GMA that violated Heart Evangelista's contract with the Kapuso Network. Manaran said in her letter that Heart's line-up of projects written in her contracts are "Asero", "Saan Darating ang Umaga", "SOP", and a Koreanovela, but GMA did not gave Heart the Korean series project. Annabelle Rama added that the Kapuso Executives are threathening her talent.
We can bet that the clash between Annabelle Rama and Wilma Galvante is not yet over, there will still be some exchange of words in the future. If you would recall this two had it last year when Annabelle acused Ms. Galvante of sabotaging the Premiere of Ms. Rama's son Richard Gutierrez when GMA allowed to held the Dingdong and Marian Birthday Celebration the same day of the Richard-KC movie premiere night.
