Barbie Forteza is GMA Network's Next Big Star

Barbie Forteza is indeed a star to watch out for. Barbie's first year in showbiz as a Kapuso was very successful. Barbie Forteza was first seen in Stairway to Heaven as the young Jodi where she worked with teen heart robs Joshua Dionisio and Jhake Vargas. The three of them had a follow up stint on Dear Friend and First Time which is about to end but they will have another primetime teleserye with a working title Pilyang Querubina.

 Barbie Forteza's greatest achievement so far is when she won PMPC Star Award for Movies' award for Best New Female Actress for her outstanding portrayal a a mute in the indie film Puntod which was directed by GMA 7 reporter Cesar Apolinario.

Barbie Forteza at a young age of 12 have proven herself as an actress, and right now she already has a huge following, everywhere Barbie and the First Time cast go to conduct a show, fans are rushing to see them, there was even a time when their supposed to be grand fans day was canceled due to the fans who went wild to see them.

Barbie Forteza is very promising and talented, it will be nice to see this girl grow up. We could be looking at the next Angel Locsin. GMA Network just needs to make sure that she gets all the right projects and she will be GMA's next big star.
