Lee Dewyze Signs with 19 Recordings/RCA Records

American Idol Season 9 winner Lee Dewyze is now a recording artist after signing a recording contract to 19 Recordings/RCA Records, the home of American Idol winners.

19 Entertainment producer Simon Fuller said in a statement announcing Lee's record deal that "Lee is the People’s choice, the working class hero who won the hearts of America to become The 9th American Idol,". Fuller also added that  "Lee has a powerful voice, integrity and a passion for music that literally brought tears to his eyes. "

Lee's signing to RCA Records puts him together with fellow American Idol alums Kelly Clarkson, David Cook, Adam Lambert and Chris Daughtry.
