Hosts Joey de Leon and Mel Tiangco and the rest of the staffs was shocked and turned emotional to hear that it was their last taping day.
It was only during that day when the hosts and the staffs of Mel & Joey found out that it would be their last taping day that's why everyone was saddened to hear about the sad news.
It's a puzzle for the hosts Joey de Leon and Mel Tiangco why the show had to be cancelled because the ratings are good and they have a lot of commercials.
This is just so sad because I'm a fan of Mel & Joey and even during the time when it was still known as Mel & Jay. As far as I know, Mel & Joey will be replaced by Mind Master I think this decision sucks! Mel & Joey is an educational and inspirational show, it's where I first heard about blogging and if not for the show this blog would have not existed, so I don't like GMA-7's idea of replacing Mel & Joey with a show that features tricks from a fake mind reader.
