"It Takes a Man and a Woman" is the third film of Sarah and John Lloyd following the box-office success of "A Very Special Love" and "You Changed My Life" which earned them the Box-Office King and Queen Title for two consecutive years.

"It Takes a Man and a Woman" is also going to be directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina just like Sarah and John Lloyd's first two films and rumors has it that Gerald Anderson which was Sarah's leading man in her recent movie "Catch Me I'm In Love" will also be in the movie.
