The Artist formerly known as Prince has died at the age of 57. Prince Roger Nelson in real-life was reportedly found dead at his Paisley Park compound in Minnesota early Thursday morning.
Police are still investigating the cause of death, but reports told that Prince had a medical emergency that caused his plane to make an emergency landing last week at Illinois and that he has been battling with flu.
Prince sold more than 100 million records worldwide, winning seven Grammy Awards, a Golden Globe and an Academy Award. He was inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility in 2004, and was named one of the 100 Greatest Artists of All Time by Rolling Stone.
