Diz Is It's Mediocre Ratings- Tides are not turning in favor of GMA-7's talent show Diz Is It. It's been badly defeated by it's rival program Showtime. TAPE Inc. should do something about this. But we cannot conclude what the future holds for Diz Is it, remember TAPE Inc.'s Eat Bulaga! was also lurking in the dark during it's early days against Student Canteen, but look at Eat Bulaga! now, it has become an institution.
Top Rank Boxing on ABS-CBN- The Kapamilya Network won the bid for the rights to broadcast boxing matches from Top Rank Promotion, giving it the previledge to broadcast all Top Rank bouts with the exemption of Manny Pacquiao who is a GMA Talent. Notice also that Nonito Donaire's bout was broadcast in ABS-CBN but it was GMA-7 that gave him a grand homecoming. Nonito Donaire Jr. belongs to the Top Rank Promotion but as far as his showbiz career is concern, he is being handled by GMA Artist Center. In Boxing he is a Kapamilya, but as a showbiz personality he is a Kapuso. And by the way Nonito Donaire Jr. is being rumored to replace Manny Pacquiao in Show Me Da Manny.
