Manny Pacquiao is Considering Retirement from Boxing

After his victory over Joshua Clottey, Manny Pacquiao is considering his retirement from boxing. After arriving earlier this morning, Manny Pacquiao had an interview in GMA-7's morning show "Unang Hirit", and when Manny was asked about the dream fight between him and Floyd Mayweather Jr., he said that he is not sure if that megafight will push through because he is considering his retirement from boxing.

"Depende.

"Mabigat 'yan... Daraan sa masusing pagmumuni-muni, pag-uusap,".

I don't think this is good news for the Filipinos and boxing fans all over the world. I don't think that this is the right time for Manny Pacquiao to retire. Manny Pacquiao is the number 1 fighter in the world and Floyd Mayweather Jr. is the only one out there who can challenge him. The fight between Manny and Floyd will determine who is the greatest fighter in the world and there should be only be one. And besides, boxing fans all over the world wants this fight and if Manny Pacquiao will retire without fighting Floyd Mayweather Jr., he will screw up the fans. I think Manny should face Floyd and then he can retire, or is it Manny Pacquiao who is afraid to face 'lil Floyd in the ring. Will the Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. fight take place? The answer is be weather weather lang!.
