Nadine Samonte Transfers to TV5!

Nadine Samonte
Nadine Samonte is now a Kapatid Star after making the decision of transferring to TV5 and accepting the Network's offer to top bill it's upcoming drama program "The Sisters".
The Starstruck alum's last project in the Kapuso Network was the top rating afternoon soap "My Lover My Wife" which she co-starred with Maxene Magalona.

"The Sisters" will be Nadine Samonte's first project in the Kapatid Network, reports said that her leading man in TV5's newest drama series will be Leandro Munoz and it will be directed be Joyce Bernal.

I think that Nadine Samonte made a wrong decision transferring to TV5, because as far as I know, ABS-CBN also offered a project for her and that is the remake of ABS-CBN's most memorable and legendary soap opera "Esperanza" which was originally portrayed by drama princess Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo. And I think doing the remake of "Esperanza" would give a whole lot more boost in her career rather that TV5's "The Sisters".

"Esperanza" is a huge project and of course, ABS-CBN is one of the country's largest TV Network, and I think it's such a waste choosing to in a mediocre Network like TV5 rather than ABS-CBN. Perhaps it's the price and not the project that influenced Nadine and her manager's decision.
