ABS-CBN Sports and Studio 23 welcome the decision of the PBA Board of Governors to approve Solar’s proposal to transfer the telecast of the PBA games to Studio 23. Coming as it does from the PBA and Solar Entertainment – both respected sports institutions in the country – we consider this move as a vote of confidence on Studio 23, its branding, reach and overall sports development initiatives.
Ngayon, hawak na ng ABS-CBN Sports and tatlo sa pinakasikat na Basketball Leageu sa Pilipinas, ang UAAP, NCAA, at ngayon ang PBA. Matatandaan na last year pa dapat lumipat ang PBA sa ABS-CBN Sports, kaya lang sa hindi malamang kadahilanan, last minute ay umatras ang ABS-CBN Sports sa bidding. But now, sure na sure na 'to at wala ng pipigil, good for PBA, mas malinaw silang mapapanood sa Studio 23, at mas maganda ang facilities ng ABS-CBN Sports para sa live broadcast ng PBA Games at HD pa.
